I am thankful for all the staff at the David Scott School for always bringing out the best in me to make sure I reach my goals and demonstrating education is important and worth it.

I would like to complete my carpentry course at TAFE and later become a building apprentice so I can get closer to my dream career of being a fully qualified Builder.

I really appreciate being at this school, in fact, being a student here has changed my life. I love that I have been able to experience new things and that the lessons we are taught are relevant to my life outside of the school too.

I am an intermediate student at the David Scott School, my teachers have supported me to find mechanisms to stay on track, but, I’d like to continue to work on this.

At the David Scott School in my class I really enjoy applying my learning in real-world contexts, I prefer working hands-on and after completing my VCAL I hope to find a successful career in the construction field.
