Why Work with Us?

David Scott School offers more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a real difference. Our school is dedicated to re-engaging young people through trauma-informed, student-centred practices that prioritise well-being, growth, and future aspirations. We work within a holistic framework that integrates teaching, learning, well-being, and career pathways, ensuring every student has the best opportunity to succeed.

Our staff are compassionate, innovative, and deeply committed to supporting our students. Whether through tailored education plans, engaging in restorative practices, or partnering with community organisations, our educators go beyond the classroom to ensure each young person feels supported, understood, and capable of achieving their goals.
